ROMERO AMBER RUM, PINEAPPLE JUICE, COCONUT CREAM. Created by Monchito Marrero at the Caribe Hilton Hotel in 1954, it became the National drink of Puerto Rico for capturing the Islands flavours.

LONDON DRY GIN, LEMON JUICE, ELDERFLOWER LIQUEUR, SPARKLING WINE. A subtly sweet and floral version of the original French 75, which was created in 1915 at the New York Bar in Paris.

GIN, BITTER BIANCO, LILLIET BLANC. This modern classic was created by Nick Blacknell and Wayne Collins while travelling to Vinexpo France in 2001. A French twist on the classic Italian cocktail.

WHISKEY, SWEET VERMOUTH, ANGOSTURA BITTERS. Created in New York in the late 1800's, this classic just works. Some say the original was made for Winston Churchill's Mom while visiting the City.

VODKA, COFFEE LIQUOR, ESPRESSO, SIMPLE SYRUP. This popular riff on a martini was created in London by Dick Bradsel in 1983 for a high profile American supermodel. She asked him to make something that will, "wake me up and fuck me up." In true bartender fashion he refused to give up the name of who it was.

ROMERO RUM, COLA, LIME JUICE IN A 355 ML CAN On July 7, 2022, Romero Distilling was awarded the Guinness World Record for the largest Cuba Libre cocktail at 1006 liters. We drank it at Romero Rumble 2 days later.
