Romero Lounge & Bar was created by the family behind Romero Distilling Co., bringing the same care, craft, and character that built the distillery into a new kind of hospitality experience. Known for its international award-winning rum, Romero has earned a reputation for producing exceptional spirits with depth, quality, and a distinctly Canadian point of view. The lounge is an extension of that standard, shaped by people who know great rum and how to build an experience around it.

Romero’s is inspired by a rich and lesser-known chapter of Alberta history. Through the story of prohibition and rum-running in the West, the lounge brings that legacy forward in a new way.

Tour & Tasting Experience
Rum-Runner History, Brough to Life
The Tour & Tasting includes a guided tasting of our international award-winning rums over stories of Alberta's prohibition-era rum-running, followed by a tour of the distillery to learn about the rum-making process. The experience concludes with the creation of a custom bottle of rum, yours to take home.
